Growing Success

Japanese Knotweed Control, a division of the Cityscape Design & Engineering Group Limited, was formed in 2000 by business partners David Layland and Richard Podmore.

The business recognised a growing need for professional and environmentally sensitive treatments of non-native invasive plant and weed species.

After many sucessful years of treating and eradicating invasive weed species, we set-up as a separate company from the Cityscape Group to clearly establish Japanese Knotweed Control as a specialist treatment provider.

Since then Japanese Knotweed Control has enjoyed continued growth in its operation. Our unique stem injection process, which is proven to be the most effective and environmentally-friendly form of treatment,  has been regularly praised in the press. With Japanese Knotweed and other invasive plants occupying a vast number of development sites in the UK, and our reputation for excellent and effective treatment, we are sure we will continue to grow.
